Hi dear,

Today I’m going to give you, 10 tips on how to lose weight

In this article, I will not discuss any food you need to buy exclusively and there is no special diet plan which you need to follow let’s start.

1st point is as soon as you get up in the morning. You need to consume a glass of warm water you can have room temperature water this you need to have as it kicks starts your metabolism this helps to digest whatever you eat during the day.

2nd point is what you need to eat for breakfast don’t skip your breakfast have heavy breakfast. Have eggs and cheese some people consume tea or coffee on an empty stomach this is not good habit having a hand full of almonds is not breakfast now we come to Lunch you can eat rice, you can have chapatti you eat whatever you feel like eating don’t starve your body just take care of the quantity make sure you receive carbohydrates fats and proteins.

3rd point is don’t consume water or fruits immediately after food imagine this you are adding food and then water in your stomach this will expand your stomach and increase it in size. that’s why to drink and to eat fruits 1–2 hours after a meal you can have water 30 min before meal this will give you a feeling of fullness hence, you will consume less food secondly immediately after a meal don’t eat fruits contain sugar in form of fructose these fruits you can eat as a snack

1–2 hours post-meal

4th point is about dinner many people skip dinner because of diet Don’t skip, try to try to eat your dinner early around 8:00 pm

30 minutes before bedtime don’t eat because all the food consumed will convert into fat. so have dinner 2–3 hours before bedtime.

5th point is don’t have junk food like Sugary drinks, added sugar is one of the worst ingredients in the modern diet mostly pizzas. Pizza is one of the world’s most popular junk foods, Fried, grilled, or broiled food, Pastries, cookies, and cakes, French fries and potato chips, especially avoid soft drinks they are not soft they are hard to your health.

6th point is don’t take carbonated drinks like Pepsi, coke, sprite, they have only sugar people go on a liquid diet, use fruit juices have juice and smoothies don’t eat breakfast when you eat fruit you take 1 or 2 fruits contain sugar in fructose form but when you make fruit juice you use 10 fruits so now you have overeaten.

7th point is you need to drink water at least 6–8 glasses not at one time in one go because sometimes your body sends you signals of thirst which can be confused with hunger signals so, it’s better to divide your water intake throughout the day hence, this ensures whenever your body sends signals you know it is hunger signals not thirst.

8th point is on walk usually people go for a walk after dinner the best time for a walk is either early morning or in the evening before dinner go for a walk and return in time.

9th point is of chia seeds these seeds are good as they keep you full for longer add seeds in yoghurt and add fruit of your choice and take it as a dessert now we come to the last point.

10th point is very important we have this trend of having biscuits with tea All these bakery products are packed with sugar if you remove biscuits from your diet all the bakery products you will lose weight automatically losing weight is very easy Golden rule is you need to eat three meals, don’t skip meals eat home-cooked meals, don’t eat takeaways, I hope this article will be beneficial for you.
